Stefan Cel Mare Building, an office project owned by Forte Partners, which was assisted by BuildGreen in receiving the BREEAM Excellent certification, was awarded with The American Architecture Prize 2017.
The architectural part of the medium-height office building (P + 9) allows the organization of the current level in a variety of possibilities thanks to the central node. The building evokes the pure beauty of industrial buildings, where the brick and the forged iron elements generate a certain architectural discourse.
