Enviromental, Social, Governance (ESG)

It is a set of criteria used to evaluate the sustainability and societal impact of a company or organization. Environmental criteria include a company's impact on the environment, such as its carbon footprint and waste management practices. Social criteria include a company's treatment of its employees, customers, and the communities it operates in. Governance criteria include a company's leadership and management structure, as well as its transparency and ethical practices. ESG investing involves selecting investments based on these criteria, with the goal of promoting sustainability and responsible corporate behaviour.
