LCCA is a process of evaluating the economic performance of a building by taking into account the impact of costs over the entire life cycle of a project.

Both the costs of construction and those generated by operation, maintenance and renovation are covered in the analysis and enable strategic and technical choices to be made.

A total cost approach helps obtain up to 3 BREEAM credits
