HOW IT WORKS
The BREEAM In-Use scheme enables building managers to assess the sustainability of their portfolios in three areas: asset performance, the building management performance and effectiveness of procedures involving occupants.
All those involved in occupying, procuring or managing existing buildings can evaluate – and improve – the building performance and the quality of the management procedures.
All types of projects can be certified.
