HOW IT WORKS
A BREEAM AP (Accredited Professional) assists project developers from the planning phase onwards in targeting the criteria that will enable them to achieve a high sustainability score under the BREEAM regulations.
Up to 3 BREEAM credits are available if a BREEAM AP is engaged from the planning/feasibility stage of the certification process.
WHAT WE DO
BuildGreen supports building managers to successfully schedule activities, set priorities and negotiate the trade-offs required to achieve a target BREEAM rating when the design is formally assessed.

- Compile a programme of requirements
- Support during the design and construction phases
